Juläine Bio-Stimulator
Experience the next generation of skin rejuvenation with Juläine, an advanced bio-stimulator powered by poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA). This innovative treatment works deep within the skin to boost collagen, improve elasticity, and restore structure — all while keeping your natural features intact.
Benefits of Juläine
How Our Treatment Works
Juläine uses poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a clinically proven bio-stimulating ingredient that triggers your skin to naturally produce more collagen. Unlike fillers, which add immediate volume, Juläine encourages gradual regeneration, improving density, texture, and elasticity over the following months.
It’s an ideal choice for clients wanting a natural, refined lift and long-term skin health without altering their facial features. Results build progressively and can last up to two years.
Consultation
Begin with a personalised consultation with Dr Clarke, who will assess your skin, understand your goals, and advise whether Juläine is the right treatment for you.
Personalised Recommendations
Following your consultation, we’ll create a tailored Juläine treatment plan, including the number of sessions recommended to achieve the best possible results.
Treatment Session
A course of 2–3 treatments is advised for optimal collagen stimulation. Many clients notice early improvements as the skin becomes firmer and more radiant, with results continuing to develop over the following months.
Ongoing Support
At Skin Sculpt, we’re dedicated to long-term results. After your treatment, we’ll offer guidance on maintenance and skincare to help you make the most of your new, refreshed skin.
How Juläine Works Inside the Skin
Juläine is powered by poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) — a biodegradable, biocompatible polymer that has been used safely in medical treatments for decades. Once injected, the PLLA microspheres stimulate fibroblasts, encouraging the production of fresh collagen and improving tissue quality over time. As the product gradually dissolves, it breaks down into lactic acid, a substance the body naturally produces and processes into energy, water, and carbon dioxide.
Juläine is made up of three key components:
- 150 mg PLLA microspheres — the active bio-stimulating polymer
- 45 mg sodium carboxymethylcellulose — a suspending agent that improves viscosity
- 145 mg non-pyrogenic mannitol — a hydrating bulking agent that supports smooth reconstitution and resuspension
Together, these ingredients trigger gradual, natural regeneration — tightening the skin, smoothing wrinkles, and enhancing overall facial structure. Full results develop around three months after completing the recommended course.
